- Day 1 - Outdoor Classroom of the Master Herder Assessment and immersion in the 5 Roles Leadership Model.
- Days 2/3 - Two full days of learning and application of the 5 Roles Model with the horses.
Lisa has completed the Eponaquest Master
Herder Training Program and is recommended and sanctioned
by Linda Kohanov as a
Master Herder Instructor.
She has done advanced study on how to teach the
Five Roles of a Master Herder, including how to
administer and interpret the
Master Herder Professional Assessment.
